![]() What you're seeing is exactly what's intended. The resource would draw players into the modes. That was added later as well as the first Steel ships. Immerse yourself in the world of epic naval warfare and command legendary warships from the early 20th century in a free-to-play massively multiplayer online game. Originally Ranked Battles did not have Steel. Competitive PVP modes have mountains of Steel. You can get Steel outside these competitive modes but it's going to be very small or you got to pay big money like buying out Dockyards. It's very obvious why: Resources to get stuff, primarily ships: Steel. I just don't understand their thought processes. These players are like, They go swimming, then complain they got wet! There are modes for the non-competitive player, and I know co-op gives less credits and XP, but you would think the non-competitive player would have less stress there. Why do players who could not care less about being competitive and refuse to get competitive play competitive modes that make it less enjoyable for competitive players and then complain about how competitive players make the competitive mode less enjoyable for them? It makes no sense.
